Hi there my phone keeps freezing on me ever time i turn it on and start doing the date and time on it it freezes on my why is that

When I push the power button on my phone it starts to turn on , but while in the process it freezes then starts over and over!

Most likely, a program that you have installed is causing your Palm to freeze up. If you remember installing a program when the freezing started, delete the program and check if it keeps freezing.

Same it keeps frezing and restarting at random times and it mainly freezing when i want to go onto my gallery, it also sometimes when i knock my phone on it asks for the time and date which has happened quite alot recently its soo annoying but its happened to 2 of my friends aswell so there must be a fault with the phone

You need to format the phone ,there is virus in that phone.

The reason the clock won't keep time and date is because the CMOS battery is dead, this battery inside the laptop keeps the date and time in the BIOS even when the laptop has no power to it.
I recommend you take the laptop back to where you bought it from or call the manufacturer as you are still covered by the warranty.
They will either arrange for the laptop to be sent in or send you to a service center.
It's also a good idea to mention that the touchpad freezes too.

ur phone needs to b re-flashed. i.e its file system is corrupt. if u r not a techie guy then better take it to an repair center. otherwise chk this site out: mobilejunkies.net

Its common with these machines, the only thing you can do is turn it off at the plug and go through and reset the time and date. Its a pain but its the only thing that will work when the machine freezes up

just two questions, what is the manufacture date of your phone or how long have you been using it and did it have this problem at first?

my phone froze and i attenpted to turn it off several times, after trying and not getting a response i took out the battery pack and placed it back in and turned the phone back on. after turning the phone back on it kept freezing a

click software downloads
(if you have pictures and videos download iden media downloader to retain them)
click software upgrade
click your phone model
make sure you select a date within a year for the warranty info
you will need a data cable to make this work
try to redownload the software to your phone
