My mac was upgraded (10.5.4 mac mini) 07/14 I was able to use it 07/15 then suddenly it popped out that I lost "connection" when I tried using it 07/16.
so i un-installed & re-installed it using the cd driver that came with the unit... (should have worked after) but then it says na "AiO and HPiO core" connection cannot be found. a pop up saying "ignore/report/relaunch" appeared but none of those 3 options worked so I quit installation. .... i installed the old hp psc1210 (supposedly defective unit) and surprisingly, it worked. plug & use. no installation required, it was detected by mac right away ....

Driver could be corrupt. Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off.
I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with
the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the
printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
Hope this helps. Bud
I needed to reload my AiO Home Center software and no one seemed to have the correct procedure. Maybe if you remove & reinstall yours it will resolve your problem. This procedure worked for me on my XP-machine: 1. got to Control Panel/Printers&Faxes and delete the printer 2. go to your Hardware/Device Manager/Universal Serial Bus Controllers, right-click on USB Composite Device and select Uninstall 3. go to Control Panel/Add/Remove Software and remove the EasyShare software 4. disconnect the cables from the Printer 5. download from Kodak.com the program "install_aio.exe"; run the program (I selected only AiO+EasyShare+Software Updater to load) 6. followed the prompts after the sw installed to reconnect the Printer cables 7. rebooted
