Machine won't turn on!

Our Saeco superautomatica's lights don't turn on anymore when we turn the machine on.  It is plugged in, the socket is not faulty, the lights just don't turn on anymore and it just doesn't work anymore!

Hi,

I think your fuse in the machine is gone.

Open the top and check it, if you have a round boiler then the fuse i located on the boiler, if not a round boiler then you had it on a cable.

    Hi,

You have to lossen the two screw in bean hopper and that one under the water tank. Open the door where the dregsbox is and look in each corner in the front, there are one screw in each corner you have to loosen. Remove the steam knob and lift off the top.

Saeco Vienna Superautomatica will not make a full cup of coffee

Hi,
I'm wondering if you had any luck solving this? After 3 years of great coffee, my machine is only making a 1/4 cup or so. All parts are clean. I'm guessing something on the circuit board that the dial is attached to....thanks!

Need to take out brew group jammed

Hi
Look on the left side where the box should be. In the left side towards the botton there is a long opening. Take plastic knife and slide it in while the machine is on and blinking and see if the brew unit will cycle. The drip tray has to be in for this to work. There is a metal bar that has to be pushed toward the rear of the machine to cycle the brew unit.

Machine will turn on but that is it

Hi,

The light 20 is power control light, 26 light if any problems are indicated on the machine and should only light if there are any trouble with the machine. 22 should light when the temperature is right.

Try to open the steam knob and make a cup of water.
