Question about HP PSC 1315 All-In-One InkJet Printer
AFTER A PAPER JAM I CAN NO LONGER PRINT BLACK INK COPIES. THE COLOR COPY COMES OUT PERFECT. THE BLACK HAS STRONG STREAKS ON THE LEFT AND THEN NOTHING AFTER I USE THE TEST MODE. THE SECOND COPY IS TOTALLY BLANK. A REGULAR COPY SHOWS ONLY COLOR. IS THIS WORTH FIXING OR IS A NEW MACHING IN ORDER. I AM HANDICAPPED AND REALLY CAN'T AFFORD TO MUCH. I HAVE EVEN CHANGED THE INKS. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
Something is definately damaged and with the low cost of printers and the high cost of repair I would recommend just replacing it. Hope you find this helpful,
I'm also disabled with a broken neck :-(
