Bought a house which has a 10 year old shower with Perrin & Rowe fixtures. The 'body spray' outlets (4) on the sides of the shower are all gummed up and allow very little water flow. How do you clean these outlets? DBC.

My plumbing supply house was suppossed to order my Rohl shower set up with cross handles (RA4914 & 4912). Instead he ordered the lever handles. My sink faucet (RA1408) was ordered correctly with the...

Nice.
Paying that price for your shower faucet, I would think the supply house would work with you on that. eBay shows cross handles so they are available.
The plumbing supply store should be able to order what you want.

I have a Perrin and Rowe Diverter valve U.5383 for a hand held shower that I need to disassemble to replace the spindle. Is the right hand side housing threaded? There is a hex nut on the housing (exposed...

Soak the unit in very hot water 50/50 with white vinegar for 2or 3 hours to loosen the lime in the threads and try it again. Keep the water hot no boiling but hot.

Perrin and Rowe, Mayfair Series.- how do you take the perrin and rowe handle apart. The top of the handle has a ceramic disk inserted that says "Hot" or "Cold" and I am not sure whether...

The disk is glued on, but no need to remove. The entire section below the handle spins off, but most likely not by hand (hot did, not cold). I used channel lock pliers and some wood strips that I fabricated to prevent damage to the finish. You then need a thin 17mm wrench to remove the valve. I presume you are having problems turning the cold water handle? Seems common, I am working on it now, looks corroded so I am soaking it in 50/50 vinegar and water.

Perrin & Rowe Mayfair kitchen sink faucet sticks

I wwould suggest contacting the source importer for this one, Rohl, at 1-800-777-9762. Be prepare with as much ownership information as you can. As a high quality high end faucet, all parts will most likely have to be special ordered so you want to know that what you are ordering is what you really need.

I just installed body sprays in my shower. Two on one side and two on the other. I went to the basement to turn the water back on. I came back to the shower and one side of body sprays are running, the...

If the sprays are on individual controls for the sides you MAY have a stuck pressure balancing valve or mor likely the service stop valves MAY be closed. These are small screwdriver controlled valves usually behind the escutcheon of the control valve. They turn CCW to open.
