My answering machine picks up the way it should and you can hear the message recording and then it disconnects the call only to then reset itself so you never know you even had a message. Not sure how long problem has persisted...
I have the same problem. The answering machine will answer and then record but it is impossible to understand what is being said. Either it is all garbled or the caller sounds far away. How can I get replacement for this machine? I no longer have the receipt and I have had the machine only for a month. However, I do have the owners manual and all the other paperwork that came in the box. The date code on the registration was 2802KT.
I have the same problem, machine goes thru the process but does not take a message. I have reset the machine 2 times as per customer services advise, and the problem persist , Should i just return the machine? I also am a little upset that the User's Guide offers a 1-800 # then when i called i was directed to Ph# 310-953-9028 where i was on hold for about 25 minutes and told the same thing i have already done but to unplug machine for 10 minutes which the guide does not suggest, the call will end up costing as much as the machine.... Any help will be appreciated.
