Says it's full when it's empty

Hey. I was wondering if someone could help solve my problem. There is 478.6MB  being used on my Mp3. Yet there is nothing on there. Not a single song. I can't put anything else on there and resetting it hasn't done anything. Any suggestion would be wonderful Jessie

    Formatting Your MP3 Player

Formatting your MP3 Player will delete all of the files on the unit
and free up all available memory. Once formatted, you cannot retrieve the files
    that were deleted.

    1. Connect the MP3 player to the PC with the provided USB cable.

    2. Select the removable disk icon in 'My computer' and click the right
    mouse button to select [Format].

    3. Press the [Start] button.

    • All saved files will be formatted.

    • You can change the name of removable disk by selecting [Volume label].

    • If you format yepp in the PC without installing the provided program,
it may not read the data.

    • Care must be taken as formatted files cannot be recovered.

    • By formatting, all previously preset menus will be initialized.

Hey Jessie, how are you?

Did you try formatting it ?

1.) if its on windows, connect it to you computer
2.) it should show up as a removable drive in my computer
3.) right click it and select format..

on the menu (maybe settings) in the mp3 player there should be a function to format it, try that..

Let me know what happens dark!!
