Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

When I print I cannot stop it from printing c% each time. How do I stop this?

You probably have a switch in the wrong position or need to reset the unit.

The calculater is on and the shitch is on the letter P but It only prints when i press the D/# botton. please help.

The print on/off switch you mentioned is not working. I'm not normally a big fan of canned air, but this might be a case where a well-directed blast down into the switch might clean the contacts and make it happy again.
