Question about HP Pavilion a1000n (PS567AA) PC Desktop
Appearently i have no disply devices however the vga controller is on a question mark as it has no driver and i cant find a driver anywhere, i also called hp and they wanted me to buy a servbice plan mto get some help
Assuming you have XP
Do you have to original disks?
If so the info you seek is loaded in there,
you should be able to reload the drivers from the disk itself,
Go to Device Manager and right click properties,
Select device eg Sound,VGA,etc...
Click Update and point the wizard to the disk in your cd drive.
If you have no disk point wizard at the c drive where windows should have been installed.Let windows find the drivers.
Still can't find them then you need to do a windows update SP2 works so the machine can give the correct instructions to the right devices,at the right time.
Do the updates and reboot, then try again
I hope this helps ,please let me know thanks

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

If your computer came with a motherboard disc the drivers could be on it
Click start control panel administrative tools computer management device manager scroll to display adapters + to expand you might see a yellow question exclamation mark ? mark ! or a red x right click select reinstall drivers
if you dont have a disk with the drivers you have to download them
you cant download the vga card you can download its driver
if this driver is not right
on the home page you should see a search tab just type in what you are looking for
IE: motherboard name vga driver you might have to try a few times to get it right
hope this helps
