- My camera is stuck in the card setup. It says power off and format. When i click format "yes" is says erasing all. when i click "no" it takes me back. I have nice pictures i need access to! Please help!- Guest

- Hi I have the same problem and am really upset as my camera has pics on of some of my sons milestones - first time at seaside, second birthday etc.

This is a problem with the card you are using. If you use a different card the camera should work properly. Unfortunately I have not figured out a way yet to save the pictures on the card that is erroring.

I have replaced the card and it still won't let me past Power Off or Format..

As you have probably discovered, this is an issue with the card. If you use a different card the camera will work properly.
My issue is 'Can the pictures on the card that is erroring be save?'

When i turn o the camera i just get power off and format options which would delete my pictures ...

any solution offered is appreciated.
