Question about Nortel i2050
Hey guys, I have the I2050 Nortel IP fone- hooked into my companies VPN and phone network.
I have this sporadic issue where I'm not getting a dial tone, however I can still make calls but no one can hear me on the other end. And Vice Versa- I can receive calls, it rings, I pickup but am not able to hear anything and noone can hear me.
Any suggestions?/ I've been struggling with this for a while so any help is appreicated.
Check your firewall settings. Make sure you can pass voice traffic. Can you Skype?
