Acer is good,you need to reinstall or repair using an insulation CD or dvd,mostly windows xp , if you dont have cd option , boot form usb , containing the insulation cd image stored on it(XP), change the bios setting F8, to usb, then harddisk...start your lap and reinstall or repair all the same

then remove the display drivers then start the windows in normal mode.
