Question about Kodak EasyShare DX6490 Digital Camera
All of a sodend, I canet transef pictures using my Dock,. I send pics to my son in South Korea (Army) and I am very frustrated. I would appreciate ANY help that you can give me.
Hello Tina, Try to connect the camera directly to the PC using the USB cable and see if this works, if not uninstall the Kodak software and do a full reinstall.
Best Regards, Russell

if you use electrical switch cleaner it wont hurt the camera and it has a lube in it as well much like an oil but its not oil its an electrical oil,,,this will work on any switch or fuse box or volume control that crackles when moved its handy stuff to have around

Tips for a great answer:
Nov 07, 2011 | Kodak EasyShare DX4530 Digital Camera
Mar 13, 2008 | Cameras
the problem is usually caused by virus and sometimes it might be software failure also, which causes some of the menu not to function, the only solution is to flash ur cam software from the nearest kodak service centre..
thank you...take care
