Question about Televison & Video
I bought a flat screen tv at the Best Buy in Rochester, MN while moving to the Twin Cities. It appeared to have some difficulty as soon as I got it home. We were unable to turn it on or off from the switch on the side and occasionally it wouldn't connect to my cable. Now, as of last night, it is completely black. The green power light is on and if I unplug it, it will go off but otherwise I cannot do anything with it. It is only two weeks old and huge so I am not able to bring it back in by myself. Thoughts?
In such situations, Best Buy™ stores are able to provide you with three different options. The first, obviously, is to seek a return or exchange of your TV within the 30-day return period. If you are unable to bring the TV back to your local store, the store can arrange for the TV to be picked up if it is 24" or larger. Lastly, remember that you may always contact the manufacturer of the TV itself for assistance. Many manufacturers are able to provide over-the-phone support for commonly occurring problems, and can often provide repair services or exchanges just as fast as local companies in your area.
