Unless we set the thermostat very high, like 80 degrees, the heater will blow cold air. When the heat does blow, it will eventually stop blowing heat and the fan will continue to blow cold air.

Check and make sure the filter is clean. This sounds like a restriction in the system. If the unit has central cooling make sure ther indoor evaporator coil is clean at the furance. The unit may be cycling the burners on and off at the high heat limit , fan/limit control. You can also eliminate the thermostst from the furance. Turn power off at the furnace and disconnect the wiring from the thermostat. Jumper the red and white wire together. Turn the furnace back on. The furance should run in the heating mode. Try this and see if the problem is still there.

I changed my fan motor and squirl cage blower hooked all wires back like they were fan is not turning fast so the compresser is heating up. the old motor the motor mounts went out that why i changed it

Did you replace the capacitor, if not, is it the same mfd and volts for the new motor?
Anytime you replace a motor you should replace the capacitor they don't last as long as they used to and they are inexpensive, a couple of bucks.
If the capacitor is good then most new motors now have the wiring connectiions on the motor, you might check to see if the new motor wires the same as the old motor.

The coil in my byrant furance is freezeing up , my ac has been running for hours and i noticed that the house was not cooling down. when i checked the furance i noticed ice on the outside of the coil above...

Low on refirgerant, or dirty coil, or it was run on a cold night. Either way, the only way to take care of it is to start by running the fan only, and shutting the cooling off. This will melt the ice on the coils. It is going to make a mess. Have the unit serviced if it is not dirty, if it is dirty clean it with an approved cleaner. Your local hvac repair shop should be able to recommend a good cleaner.

My air conditioner fan is broken, i think.

Fan may need a new start capacitor. It appears or sounds like the motor is not getting the puwe it needs I don'y know what "not fast enough" is to youm but those fans really dont turn very fast, There should be two fuses in a box near the outside unit/ One can bbe bad causing low power to unit. To ck the, There should be something on the fuaw to indicate it's blown. WARNING!! dO NOT TRY REMOVING WITHOUT TURNING OFF ALL POWER AT THE MAIN HOUSE SUPPLY CIRCUIT BREAKER, hIGH VOLTAGE CAN AND WILL, GIVEN THE CHANCE. iF IN DOUBT, CLL OUT A QUALIFIED SERVICE COMPANY.

FAN MOTOR CONTINUES RUNNING AFTER HEATING CYCLE IS COMPLETED BLOW

Check the thermostat. Make sure it is set for AUTO fan not ON fan. If that is OK replace the fan relay.

Outdoor fan motor is not running fast enough?

Check to make sure that you have the correct voltage going to the motor. It sounds like you lost one of your legs of power which would give you 110v instead of 220v. Or it could be in the pc board.

Fan or capacitor?

I would say the motor is bad but to be sure test the voltage to the motor with a multimeter, you can also phisically spin the motor and if that makes it work a little not as fast and blow enough air then you know its the motor this works if you dont have a multimeter.
