Generic problem for all Home Theater Speakers and Subwoofers
Usb connection

have just tried playing a movie through an external harddrive via the usb connection on my lg dvd surround sound player.When i press USB on the dvd remote the display on the dvd player says 'searching 'and comes back with 'no data' - i have played the hard drive through my pc and know there are films on there - is there a button im not pressing ? my tv picture remains on the channel previously selected - i thought when selecting USB the channel selector shouls default to that ?
