When i try to scan a picture, "no scan options" appears on the digital screen and a flashing orange exclamation point appears next to the set up botton. How can I fix this problem and be able to...

Good Day Wwnd919!

You should run the cd installer that comes with your printer. Part of it was not successfully installed like the scanner driver.

It maybe possible to browse the cd and locate the scanner driver and run it to your system.

Printer mus be connected locally to your computer and not part of the network if you want to access it from your computer.

It may also be easy to access scanner from the scan option of the control panel on the windows operating system.
