As per your statement the image formation on drum is ok but prints partial on paper.
The image from the drum is picked by ITB (Inter Transfer Belt) which is a thin plastic like material and the paper passes in between the transfer roller and ITB.
If the ITB unit is not properly aligned to the transfer roller or to the drum the problem will occur as you mentioned. Also check the transfer roller and it contact path.
Sounds like you might have a transfer roller that needs to be replaced. The transfer roller is under where the cartridge seats and transfers the toner to the paper...If toner is not sticking to the transfer roller it will show what you are seeing....Transfer rollers come in Maintenance kits. If the transfer roller is not the issue....its most definitely the fuser not fusing the toner completely, due to improper heating, to the page giving a lightness.
Transfer roller leak error negative electrode. The feedback voltage of the transfer roller is insufficient.Verify the correct instalation of the transfer unit or the separation unit.Check and clean the transfer roller.Verify the connection of the PCU unit(loose).
The transfer belt cleanning blade is under the transfer belt.Remove 2 screw and change it.The bias transfer roller is mounted in two bushings, remove the bushings and 2 springs. The fuser unit : upper fuser roller, lower fuser roller and the cleaning rollers.
Transfer roller leak error 2 A current leak signal for the transfer roller is detected. A current feedback signal for the transfer roller is not detected. • High voltage supply board defective • Poor connection of the PCU • Transfer/separation unit set incorrectly • Transfer roller damaged
The above is what SC402 means the most common thing is that someone tried to change the toner and pull out the drum unit a little way.
OPen right hand door open front door lift green toner handle press green button and pull toner unit out press the green button further and keep pulling and then the toner unit will come out totally.
To the right of that is the drum unit pinch the unlock and pull out then push all the way back in. Reinstall the toner unit close all covers and turn machine on.
Hopefully this will work if not there is going to be a problem with the other possibilities listed above
