Hi,
It seems problem with convergence output section of tv and convergence output ICs need to be replaced by professional because it requires soldering work with proper tools.
Please call local tv repair shop to get tv repaired.

There are no a whole DLP tv model Philip convergence board out there to buy.U only can buy a convergence kit,came in parts like 2 STK convergence ICS and some or all of it resistors parts for sale.Hire a shop to fix ur DLP tv convergence board.They'll charge u like $300-350 for parts and labors.

Parts for that model have been discontinued for several years now. But you may be able to get a used CRT ( Picture Tube) from www.tvrepairworld.com

Philips 60" rear projection needs warm up time

Sounds like your regulator ic is about to go, not an expensive repair but you have a good thought about buying a new set. If your fluid has never been changed I bet it's due also. Give the choice serious thought.
