2 wire through my cell phone/ i cant seem to connect to the internet yhrough wifi- its asking for a pass word

Via WIFI or data connection, if WIFI check security key is in put correctly, turn off phone and WIFI unit, wait a couple of minutes and try again

it seems you have wrong APN[access point number]
go to setting and check for your apn
call to the sim/service provider and ask for the apn setting
they will end it .after recieving apn set it as your default

your lumia 800 is ok and working fine. there is problem with your internet connection or your wifi modem. your modem's internet setting may have been altered by someone by mistake. your pppoe user name and password may have been deleted. when you will connect wifi to your lumia, then sometimes it will automatically start internet connectivity test. if this test passes then your internet will work fine, if it loses then you cannot use internet.

SETUP YOUR COMPUTER THE THE FACTORY DEFUALT SETTINGS

Hi. There's a security key to the wifi were you are connecting. You need to ask the owner of the wifi what's the security key. You need to input it before you can connect to the wifi

1st switch on ur Wi-FI from setting menu. then search wireless connection, (pls make sure ur home wi-fi is tuened on) if found any signal, just connect it it will ask for pass key or key. just entered it. (pass key is configured in ur home wi-fi router) u will able to surf internet from ur mobile................

do u get a wifi signal nearby? if yes.. check whether it is open or private.. (private wifi asks for a password).. if the signal is public.. jus check for the connectivity options and click connect.. u get connected to the wifi signal.. for more doubts contact : [email protected]

ofcourse it requires wireless internet connection, when there are no wifi signals you cant use it

the pass key to connect WEP 200 is 0000 and it will get connected
