Wirless Router with Du Connection

I Have Du Connection in Dubai with Motorola Modem and i bought a Belkin Wirless Router and laptop so i tried to connect my laptop through the wirless system but it doesnt work .
I installed the CD on my desktop and pluged the Belkin Router to the Ethernet Plug in the Motorola Modem but still in vain Kindly Help me about this.
