Card is full; all pictures have been downloaded to my computer. How do I "delete all" from the camera? Olympus Stylus 300

In playback mode press >ok< select >mode menu< with the 4-arrow-pad, then select >card< then >card setup< then press the PLAY button below the arrow pad. Select >all erase< with the up/down buttons of the 4-arrow-pad and then press OK (the button beside the PLAY button). Confirm by selecting >yes< with the up/down button and press OK button again.
It's also a good habit to get into, to format the card after deleting the images (you can also just format the card - that will also delete all photos). To format the card start as above (Mode menu; card; card setup; press PLAY). Select >format< with up/down buttons then press OK. Select >yes< and press OK.

Hope that helps

You should be able to order what you want from most any photo products supply store. You can also get in contact with Olympus directly, and enquire for a local dealer for what you need. '

Olympus Stylus 710- no flash mode

I;ve been on the internet all morning researching the same problem. It appears it's a curcuit related problem with the flash. As of know, haven't got a solution other then buying another camera or taking paictures in manuel mode without flash.

Shutter v soft

Are you talking about the sliding door that powers on the camera and covers the lens?
There is a metal plate with two screws on the bottom of the sliding door that holds the door to the camera, try tightening the screws and see if that helps. Or else see if the door is slightly bent out of shape, and try to bend it back if you can.
This is a common problem on the Stylus-300 camera, you can buy a replacement door from eBay -

Weatherproof

The Olympus Stylus 300/400 Digital is the first metal-bodied digital camera in the world to feature protection equivalent to IEC Standard publication 529 IPX4. The camera will not be damaged by water splashed from any direction. The camera can be used outside in adverse weather conditions. If you are taking pictures when the camera is exposed to rain or snow, make sure that the optical components (lens, viewfinder, flash) are not covered with water. Water droplets on the lens may affect image quality. The Stylus 300/400 Digital is designed to operate at ambient temperature 32°-104°F and relative humidity 30-90%. Please note that the camera is weatherproof, not waterproof, and can not be immersed in water. Olympus will not assume any responsibility for any camera damage caused by water getting inside as a result of misuse by the user.
