I was trying your fix on my PC-Cillin problem..
I keep getting the same message when ever I try to contact an anti-virus site, I get the "can't connect to the site message" yet I am able to get to all other sites...is there a virus that prevent you from connecting to anti-virus sites?

what is antivirus 360 this is what i keep getting in the screen every time i try to update or chec for viruses.

No, this is not virus. The site may be set to not to contact the person through the site. so u go to the software and go to the help menu, if any email is there to contact. ok.
Important Note.:
whatever u anti-virus program is used. It must be updated daily to avoid virus from internet. ok
