ok then the drivers most not be set goto your computer maker website and see if you can find the driver there if not then you might want to try to reboot the computer with the reboot disk there you can repair the computer if you have vista if you have xp you can just reinstall windows with out having to reformat the hdd hope this helps if not let me know
