If the printer is connected via a network, try sending the file connected by USB cable only. This will eliminate possible network issues that are taking printer memory.
Appendix A Memory Allocation
Utilities or jobs that you download to the product sometimes include resources (for example, fonts, macros, or patterns). Resources that are internally marked as permanent remain in the product memory until you turn the product off.
Use the following guidelines if you use the page description language (PDL) ability to mark resources as permanent. For technical details, see an appropriate PDL reference for PCL or PS.
Mark resources as permanent only when it is absolutely necessary that they remain in memory while the product is turned on.
Send permanent resources to the product only at the beginning of a print job and not while the product is printing.
Overusing permanent resources or downloading them while the product is printing might affect product performance or the ability to print complex pages.
Also, might be a problem with your driver, Download from HP website the latest driver available for your pronter model and intall it. At this webpage you have the procedure for some other model but it shold be basically the same applied to your model.
Basically it is telling you it doesn't have the memory required to process the page (usually because of graphics). If this is the case, you can try setting the resolution in the print driver to a lower setting (sometimes referred to as quality) so that the memory can handle the graphics.
On the printer, hit the menu button
Then navigate using your left arrow button until you see Main Menu - Service, then hit enter
then use the right arrow to navigate to high speed usb and hit enter.
it should now show on, use the right arrow once to change it to off and hit enter 2 times
let the printer reboot and its should be fixed
Description The device could not print the current page because of its complexity.
Recommended action Press ENTER to clear the message. Allow the device to finish the job, or press CANCEL to cancel the job. Lower the USB speed on the product by turning off "High Speed USB". Now press the #2 button and use the < arrow to navigate to the High Speed USB selection. Press Enter and then use the arrow key to go to Off and press Enter again. Press the Cancel button twice to exit the Secondary Service Menu.
This apparently is a fairly common problem with the 2800 series printer and associated with connection to a PC using USB. It can only be overcome by manually configuring the printer?s USB port to work in standard mode rather than at high-speed USB2.0 mode which probably won?t be to much of a problem. Here is a link from a support page on HP?s site that should walk you through the process:
