No Picture / TV screen RED

My TV turns on, sound is good but after a couple of mintues the picture goes completely RED. The Power/Standby button blinks 5x's.

There seems to be a dry solder joint on the video amplifier IC. The red picture is cause by a defective video amplifier IC(IC701) that is located on the red CRT assembly.
This repair might not be a DIY due to the danger of working around devices that produce high voltages in excess of 32KV.
