I have a Lexmark Inkjet Z22-Z32 printer. I put a new black printer cartridge in printer but it keeps saying "black printer is low. How do I correct.

My printer keeps saying that the black ink is missing. Why?


Make sure your black cartridge is not very low on ink or empty. Otherwise, replace it with new genuine cartridges.
It could be a communication problem between your black cartridge and your printer. Try to re-seat the black cartridge into the printer.
It could also be a short in your black cartridge. Try to insert a different known working black cartridge. Better yet, replace it with a new genuine Lexmark cartridge.
If the problem continues, please contact Lexmark Technical Support Center for additional assistance.

When i put in a new ink cartridge the printer says "black cartridge missing"


Make sure you are inserting the correct version of black cartridge for your model. Try to wipe the cartridge nozzles using a slightly moistened soft cloth to clean it from dirts and clogs. You can also try to insert a different known working black cartridge to determine if the other is faulty.

Hp black cartiedge is low on immediately


When you refill a cartridge, the printer will keep warning you that it is empty- a message pops out that says "low ink". That is because the printer sees the cartridge by it's serial number. The printer can't know that you have refilled the cartridge, so it keeps saying that it is empty. Once you put in a new cartridge, it will display the cartridge as full again.

My Lexmark z22 printer will not print corretly


“Lexmark does not support the refilling of its ink cartridges. Refilling the ink cartridges can cause them to leak, thus clogging or even damaging the print head. Any damage to your printer caused by refilled ink cartridges may not be covered under warranty”. Please use genuine Lexmark cartridges for best results.

take the cartridges out and clean them also clean where they go with a lint free cloth then replace them.

Replaced black ink cartridge and it says its low


Some newer printers, such as Lexmark, will have a place in the properties app that allow you to "tell" the printer the cartridge is new. Check yours and see, it fixed mine.

you might have to keep puting it in. Also you might have to say that the cartilage is new. And m,ake sure you are putting it in the right spot.

I have lexmark Z22/Z32 color jetprinter and have had no problem with it until yesterday I put in a new ink and the print was off so I uninstall. When I tryed to install it back I get (error launching...


your cd file is either scratched, damaged, dirty or corrupt. Just check it, also make sure that you completelt unistall all traces of the printer before reinstalling. Why did you you uninstall for a print error, i would have just cleaned the heads and run allignment. cheers lilacgerry ps: if no success, download new drivers and save to a new cd from lexmark website.

New cartridge won' t print.


Was the cartridges lexmark factory replacements or was they generic replacement cartridges.

If they are generic cartridges you might want to buy lexmark cartridges because some generic cartridges will not work in some printers

Lexmark x1270 all in one printer will not install


windows xp home edition has problems running a lexmark, the xp pro dont its a windows problem do you have xp if so when it says needs install dont use the disk let the set up wizard take you to a site to down load the drivers i had to do the same with my X1150 all in one.
