Hi aidatul, please try these steps 1. Choose Start---Control Panel---Ease of Access---Ease of Access Center. 2.Click the Start On-Screen Keyboard button. 3. Click on the 'num lock' key once to turn it off Close the keyboard and try to type.
Try holdoing down FN (bottom left of your keyboard) with associated F button (top of your keyboard) For example : Hold FN and F5 down together and release together. The associated F button should have a picture of a camera on it.
The driver for the camera comes builtin, so it's not a driver related problem with it. You will have to download the applications that enables the use of Fn's buttons. This program is called System Control Manager and it's available from the MSI website:

Press the blue "Fn" button on the lower left hand side. Then as your holding that button down...press "F6". There should be a small webcam icon on this button. This worked for me so I hope this helped!
