Mine did this a few weeks ago. there's no solution; you need a new phone. if you talk to verizon they'll send you a new one for free; they sent me the new chocolate !! if they wanna make you pay the fifty dollars; tell them to google "lg chocolate white screen"...it worked for me :D

Chocolate wont turn on, help?!

Hello guitar girl,

The battery is probably dead. Every battery has something known as recharge-cycle limit(number of times it can charge and discharge). Replacing the battery will most likely resolve this issue as the screen turning on when connected to an external power supply indicates that there is nothing wrong with the charging port.

White screen on chocolate phone

Yes, I can offer my advice, I have experienced this same issue numerous times with my chocolate, and every time I had to take it back to where you got the phone from and they replaced it under warranty, as long as the phone didn't get wet.

Hope this helps

Monitor Black, Green Power Light Flashes Monitor is 4 yrs. old

Assuming you've already checked your driver and system settings, tried a different monitor, and checked the cable and connector pins, this would almost certainly be a problem with the power or signal circuit board inside the monitor.
