Make sure you have the right printer selected in the print window on office and adobe. There should be a list with the printer name/model.

Missing Resource File

Solution: Remove Adobe Reader 7.0 and reinstall it.
Remove Adobe Reader 7.0, reinstall it into the Program Files/Adobe/Acrobat 6.0 folder, then try again to create a PDF document with Acrobat Elements 6.0.
1. Remove Adobe Reader 7.0 using Add or Remove Programs, and then restart.
2. Install Adobe Reader 7.0: At the Destination Folder panel, click Change Destination Folder and select Program Files/Adobe/Acrobat 6.0. Click OK, then Next to continue the install.
Background information
Acrobat Elements 6.0 is designed to work with Acrobat Reader 6.0. In order for Adobe Reader 7.0 to work with Acrobat Elements 6.0, install both applications in the same directory. Install Acrobat Elements 6.0 first, so you can install Adobe Reader 7.0 and select Program Files/Adobe/Acrobat 6.0 folder as the destination folder.

Missing PDF Maker files

what is your version of acrobat? if it's acrobat 7, this version works only with ms office 2003 and below. Also, you can do these steps:

1. Open office application>go to help > about [name of program]
2. go to "disabled items" and look for the addin for acrobat (i think it is named adbmsofficeaddin.dll) and enable it.
3. restart the application.

How can i get the text to be read out loud?

First you have to specify, which program you are using ! Adobe Acrobat, MS Word or any other program ?

  • Adobe acrobat: On your Menu, select or click "view" and select the "read-out-loud" option from the menu, then, in the next pull-down menu that appears, select your optioon to read the whole document, or only the page.
  • General WindowsGo to start, click on run, then type in narrator. Make configurations that you need in the little narrator window. This program should read most Windows appliances. To configure your narrator, navigate to your control panels to the "Speech" control panel. Open it and configure the speed and the output audio device.
  • If you use WinWord, you can easy copy-paste your text into notepad to read the text-out-loud

Office 2007 professional and Adobe 8 Professional problem

Very simple fix. Now and then after an Adobe Acrobat update Office will disable Adobe Acrobat as it is an add on. All you need to do is re-enable Adobe Acrobat. In Office 2007 goto Word Options, Add-ons, and at the bottom of the page is Manage. Click on the down arrow and select Disabled Items and click on GO. Re-enable Acrobat and you should be fine. In Office 2003, goto Help and selects disabled macros and re-enabler Acrobat.

Adobe Acrobat 8 does not integrate with MS Office 2007 programs

Then do a search for 'all files and folders' - search for both Acrobat 6.0 and then Acrobat 7.0, with the options "Search system folders", "Search hidden files and folders" and "Search subfolders" checked. Delete all of those related files found.
You should do this search and delete whenever you uninstall any programs. It will remove lots and lots of leftover junk files and corrupted files taking up room on your hard drive. It will also give you a "clean install" when you reinstall or install an updated program. (Do this ESPECIALLY when updating to a NEW anti-virus programs and “Internet Security Suite” programs such as McAfee or Norton etc.)

Download and install "Registry Mechanic" then do the updates prior to running it and removing anything for the first time. This will get rid of all your current Registry errors, prior to installing or reinstalling.
