You probably got a worn motor coupling, it's located between the motor and transmission.

Not spinning clothes enough. Have replace control element

You likely have an old or worn drive belt. When worn, the belt tends to slip, more than grab and won't spin the agitator adequately. This is especially common when the tub has a heavy load of clothes. The belt is most commonly located under the machine. Below is a video which shows the most common drive belt repair for most washers. Best of luck!

My 4 year old roper washer leaves grease on clothes. On spin cycle the machine makes a screaching noise, and the clothes don't spin dry.

Possible that the belt is slipping and also there is some issue with the agitator as the gaps within seems to bring up the dirt or grease mix to the clothes.
So it is important to remove the panel and check the play on the belt, replace if the play is high and check if the agitator bearings are worn out. If so the agitator assembly must be taken out and checked.

Today my washer would not spin it will wash clothes thats it....I cannot locate my manual, not sure how old it is...it is a top load heavy duty

he lid switch may be defective. If it is, the washing machine doesn't spin. The switch is inside the washing machine main housing near the door frame. Often you have to raise or open the top or front of the washing machine to get to the switch. If it's defective, you need to replace it.
Here is the part you need.
Here is a video to guide thru the process.

Washing machine very loud and machine moves during spin cycle

Normal these mean unbalance load of clothes. Try to balance it with heavy clothes opposite each other. The fabric that hold more water tend to be heavier during the spin cycle. Also try not to overload the machine by washing clothes just half to 3 quarters full
