Question about Xerox Office Equipment & Supplies
That is an issue with the cyan ( blue ) ink stick not loading properly.
What has happened is one of the blue sticks had stuck and not advanced properly or otherwise is not making contact with the loader switch .
One of cyan sticks may be broken, or cracked, twisted in the loader or even the wrong stick and not shaped the same on the bottom side.
Take about a 2 or 3 inch drywall type screw and twist it into the cyan blocks and slide them back if you need to remove and reseat them. But that is your issue. One of the cyan blocks is not moving into proper position.
