Take a look at these Youtube videos on how to drain it. It depends on what is stopping it from draining...either bad drain valve, defective circuitboard..., bad pump etc. But to just to get the water out so you can move it or service it bu these videos might help:

Machine not draining

Can you hear the pump running just before the spin cycle, if so then I suspect a blockage in the filter or pump hose, If not and machine is quiet then it could be a faulty water pump or PCB board and you would have to call a technician.

My front-loading Hoover washer/drier (Softwave 1100, Model A8754). Will carry out the wash cycle but not go into spin cycle and thus door will not open. Checked for blockages and none found. Can you help...

Door will not open if it has water in it.
Lay hose down to get rid of water, then you can open door.
Try the spin with no water in, if it spins, then you have a draining problem

Hoover performa 1100 ac110

hi,
unplug it
try and take the drain hose out of the wall drain and get it as near to the floor as possible into a bucket, maybe let it hang out the door on the ground, gravity should let the water drain out, If its a new type it may not work though but you can try that.

good luck

HOOVER LOGIC 1300

you need to access your drain pump and check it for an obstruction but when you pull the hose off keep in mind it might have a lot of water in it i usually use a shop vac and pull all the water out through the drain hose before removing the hose or opening the pump sorry i cant be more specific but ive never cleaned the pump on a hoover
