Hi
This issue seems to be with the gas inlet valve or the igniter itself that is bad. Gas Valve has a bi-metal that open when a certain amount of current flows through it to heat it up. Make sure that the glow bar is not cracked. Faulty igniters can allow correct current to flow to the oven gas valve for it to open but not get quite hot enough to ignite the gas burner immediately. Hope this helps... Please post back if you need more information.

This was my problem also. I purchased a new igniter & installed it. I did have to splice in the old quick connect because the new igniter came without it (bare ended). Testing the quick connect w/a voltage meter, I wasn't getting power past the quick connect. Found that the wiring inside the quick connect was loose. Pushed the wiring back up inside it firmly and the connection made. Oven now working.
