Question about Computers & Internet
The normal resolution is to install the sound driver.
Since you didn't post the make and model system involved or the operating system it is running, we can't give you any more information.
How old is the computer?
How long has this issue occurred?
What changed before the problem started?
What have to you done to try and resolve the problem?
Drivers can be located at the manufacturer's web site.
EG: http://support.dell.com, http:/support.gateway.com etc. If you don't know the exact URL, you can search for the manufacturer in google http://www.google.com
