Question about Hotpoint Aquarius WD640 Front Load Washer/Dryer
Has developed a problem as the machine is not draining the water way.Have checked for blockages and all is clesr
Common causes for this are kinked drain hose or clothing, like panties or socks, caught in the pump suction hose. Why, I've even heard of bra wires getting loose and getting stuck in that hose, collecting all sorts of gookus and pinching off the flow of water to the pump. Lay the washer on its side(If possible) and clean out the hose. If it still doesn't work then its time to get a new pump assembly. Good luck!
