Sounds like it could be starting on load eg starting against a pressure, if you drain the receiver down will it start ok then, if so you probably have a faulty non return valve letting pressure back onto the head. If it is not that the capacitor on the motor could be faulty.

Central ac/ heater (electric)...The heater quit working in the mid of the night, only cool air is exiting the vents. Everything else seems normal except the air is not warm anymore. We need warm air,...

check batteries in thermostat? you'll need a voltage tester, either neon light or vom.check to see if breaker is tripped.throw back and forth if it looks ok.remove cover check to see if power is getting to breaker then out of breaker. The heat is turned on with a low voltage circuit. check to see if you have 24 volts coming out of transformer.if all this checks out it gets real tricky. power to heating elements is switched via switches that are back a ways amongst lots of wires.very dangerous to work on with power on.I don't recommend trying to go further.

The manual switch works but the timer does not rotate. The timer knob is properly placeed into the geared drive but the timer motor does not seem to be operating.

Half of the online manual is upside down.

According to the manual, the clock motor that operates the timer requires a separate Neutral wire.
The clock motor is a separate circuit, just like your alarm clock.

The wiring is:
Black-hot-from-breaker connects to timer-black wire
Wire-to-Load connects to timer-red wire

Timer-white wire connects to Neutral.
The Neutrals are white wires twisted together and covered with a wire nut.
Not every box has Neutrals ... in that case, connect timer-white wire to bare copper wire.
Bare copper wires connect back to the Neutral busbar in breaker box.
Attaching your white wire to ground is not code, but it will work.

How to test your wires:
Separate wires
Turn on power
Test each wire to bare ground
Tester lights up on Hot wire from breaker
Now test Hot from breaker to each of the other wires, except ground.
Tester lights up on Neutral

Water heater not working after turning up heat

Did you turn the breaker completely off, then back on? When a breaker trips it is in a middle position, and nust be turned off to reset it, then it can be turned back on.

No electrical power

You must find the reason the main breaker is popping ...

I'd start by unplugging everything and remove all breakers. Turn the main on ... does it pop? If it pops here look between the breaker panel and the end of your cord. Turn the power off - reinstall the first breaker - turn power back on. What happens ... keep doing this until the main or individual breaker pops - investigate that circuit to find your short.

If you get all breakers back in with out popping anything ... start plugging stuff back in. Something is shorting somewhere.

Let me know what you find please.

thanks

Duo-therm 13500 btu

First I would check the size of the power supply cord to the coach. To small a line will cause a voltage drop which in turn will cause the amperage to increase. Check the supply voltage to the system.
