Am trying to login to facebook as i write my email and password to going on to a blank page

try to recover by google email

If you go to the following Facebook help page, it will explain how to reset your password. Basically, you go to www.facebook.com and select the forgot my password or reset my password (whichever option phrasing is available). After you enter your email info, facebook will email a new temp password or a link to reset your password to your email. Follow the instructions and you should be okay.

If you are being blocked then it is likely that you are not entering the login details that Facebook is expecting, whether they have been satisfactory in the past or not.You could try this, go to the login page here:,

just under where you input your password you can click on "forgotten password". This takes you to a page where it says "find my account" where you can enter "Email, Phone, Username or Full Name". Try entering one of these (My email gave the best result for me) and follow through the instructions to reset your password so that you can access your account.
There are also some options depending upon what you have lost, ie you can't log in, your facebook page has been locked and you can't change it, or it no longer appears to exist. I could go through them all but it has already been done here:
