Hi
If you right click on the taskbar, go to properties, click the start menu tab, go to customize, go to advanced then make sure 'Help and Support' is checked - press ok and the help and support link will appear in your start menu.

Another way access help and support is to press F1 whilst on the desktop.

Hopefully this solves your problem?

Hello,
  • Is the CPU running? If not, check the power connections.[Also check the monitors]
  • Remove the VGA cable and reconnect it again. This is the cable that connects the CPU to the monitor.
  • If problem persists, replace the cable.

Hope it helps.Thanks!

Cannot get mouse and keyboard to connect

Use a Wired one to troubleshoot your wireless ones. Thats about the best you can do. It may simply require the driver re-installing. But units such as this go faulty all the time for no good reason.

Yes the batteries should be changed first. If that doesnt help you may have lost the wireless connection to the pc. Use the logitech software with your mouse to try to reconnect.

You may be having an issue with an usb hub try connecting it to another usb port. If this is a notebook and you are connecting it through a port replicator disconnecting the notebook from the replicator can cause you to loose connection to the printers.

Lost all connection with internet

Looks to me the EASIEST thing to do would be to use SYSTEM RESTORE function for windows and go back at least one day before you installed the update. That should lick this problem.

You may also try to disable Norton and see what is does for you internet connection. Uninstalling Norton is not out of the question, but you may have to get the NORTON REMOVAL TOOL to completely get rid of Norton.

Hope it helps!

I had he same problem connecting to the internet after downloading the updates for Windows XP. It turn out to be that the surcurity downloads are to harsh for some anti virius programmes, and I was told to uninstall my free version of Zone Alarm and try to connect to the internet again. This I did do and was able to connect to internet again. I have since re-installed the Zone Alarm programme and I am able to use the internet once again with the above working.

I hope this help's you.
