Cameras don't lose megapixels but users can change the settings for them. Go into the menu and see if your camera is set for the maximum number of megapixels and the highest picture quality.

My son has a technika camera JA550 and he has mislaid the instructions. When the camera is turned on the Busy light flashes but the camera does not turn on? I have changed the batteries but still the same?...

Alas no! Mine does exactly the same. Tried connecting to PC and it says there is something wrong with the device. I've lost the receipt so I'm going to have to haggle with Tesco about it.

Can't change flash setting in auto mode. (Nikon

Hi Dear,

You cannot change the settings of flash in auto mode. To change the flash settings you need to keep your camera in programmable mode or manual mode so that you can change the flash settings.

Hope this will help you. If you have more queries on the same. Please do write to us again.

Have a nice day.

I decided to buy a cheap technika camera (5 mega pixel) for nights out, ive lost the manual and the flash will no longer turn on, how can i get it to work?

Technika currently does not have an open database where we can download the manual. Please let us know specifically what you want to find out about the camera and we will try to find more information about it.

Flash options for sony camera

I recently had the same frustrating problem. The top of the camera has a little black button that can change from continuous mode or single picture mode. It has to be on single picture mode to change the flash setting. After this is changed you can press the flash setting onthe dial and change the setting. I hope it works for you.

Memory full

You camera is running off of the internal memory the camera manufacture does not give you much to play with. If you have a memory card in the camera and are still having the same issue going to the setup menu and find memory and set it to auto this will allow the camera to use the memory chip and used the internal memory when it is out. some times you can do a camera reset and it will correct most of the issues.
