Most DVD player can't read open session discs, meaning when you burn your DVD movie there's an option there that when your disc is not full you can still add files on it, it's open session, in your case if you want to play it on dvd player you must select the finalize the disc to close the session and you can play it in any dvd player you want.

I can't download music on my Coby mp605 without the disc

Your best bet is to buy tracks that are in mp3 format directly, since DRM-protected WMA's will give you problems eventually (even though the mp3 files are more expensive).

Once you have downloaded them, you can use the program called Windows Media Player to transfer songs to your Coby.

A full user manual for your model is available on Coby's website.

Hi FixYa.My Guru Dili sugested I use software to convert the wav format ,which he said was taking up to much disc space .On converting the wav format to MP3 I have found that the conversion did not reduce the MB sum considerably less than the wav format .However I have tried reducing the rip speed on my media player but I have yet to compare the output quality of the sound at the reduced rip speed on my MP3 player .So for Windows XP,- media player,- rip options, then alter the scale down to a lower scale reading . Wont play commercial dvds

should i assume that the drive work previouly with com dvd? my annlysis of this problem is that the dvdrom is not able to read the format the dvd is in. the format of the hard drive does not determine the ability to read or not read a dvd. that is the job of the optical disc.so dont worry about the format that is in.ok. the other aspect of the ability to read dvd is the software. windows media player and other that are of age has a inability to play some new format dvd. best bet install the newest version of power dvd put the disc and check should start automat pending setting you may need to go to my computer and double clickon the romdrive. let me know.

Disc full

try viewing directly with Windows: Open "My Computer" and look for your drive letter for the Jensen. Open it and you will see all of the folders and files on that MP3 player. Try mouse dragging songs into the correct folder of the drive letter.
