I cant set up my router, 2 technician was surrender to fixed it.

Ok, so from this you can log into the router, but nowhere else? This sounds as though the connection to the internet is what is down.
I would suggest you get the tech back. Let me know if this is not possible.

Lan card toshiba wireless no working

Check this Tip for an overview
  1. Connect your PC to your router using LAN Cable: be sure you can browse internet
  2. If you cannot browse check router config with your ISP
  3. Connect to your router using IP address you find for gateway in Network status
  4. Configure your router wireless section to match with your PC card
  5. Start removing security, broadcast radio signal, create a simple SSID as network name
  6. Check if router network is seen by your PC card (when you disconnect the LAN cable and activate the wireless card)
  7. If connection is established ( near the router) try different location
  8. Reconnect cable and reconfig adding security protocol (WPA-PSK recommended) use parameters compatible with your lan card

I have an Encore wireless router, and I have 2 laptop computers. I can only connect with one of my laptops. What do I need to do?

What are the operating systems on the laptops, and are you sure you have all of the necessary hardware to connect the other laptop to the router. Sometimes routers will not support OS's like windows vista. You may also need a wireless access card for a laptop.

My wireless connection keeps going on and off

you have to connect your computer first directly to the modem to test if you'll get the same problem hook to it. if same problem occurs you have to call your isp or whoever gave you the modem to have it reset or reflashed.
