Question about Whirlpool Ultimate Care II LSQ9549L Top Load Washer
I turn the dial to start the washing cycle and the agitator starts with no water in the machine. If I turn the dial to another cycle ie:rinse or spin... it does nothing.
May I first suggest that you turn both the hot and cold water off to your washer and check the screens installed in the back of the machine. A lot of times dirt and debris can clog the supply lines. After you check the supply lines, turn the water on with the hoses in a bucket. This will make sure that you are getting water to the machine. Replace the lines, and turn the supplies back on. If you are still not getting any water, you are looking at a bad water solenoid.
