No cd required.

plug the camera to the computer and turn on, if camera asks select PC.

on computer open My computer or computer folder and then find the removable storage device which is the camera, inside you will see DCIM folder and then your pictures you are free to copy, print, email, etc these pictures from there to your computer etc.

Samsung Digimax 401 software CD
got to the link below and download the driver cd for the camera (choose the 401 model)
Install the driver on the computer.
After that use any image viewer software to download the pics from your camera
