How 2 i solve that i must format my notebook or just scan and remove the virus

it arises from the policy fault
type gpedit.msc in run and disable the component that seems to be faulty.

Your pendrive is infected with Autorun.inf virus
to remove this virus install malwarebytes (It is antimalware software)and scan your whole computer as well as your pendrive when you scaning finish remove all threats

Try to format in other operating system like windows vista or in windows 7 because in vista and 7 you can force format your pendrive

virues are solve using anti-viruse sofware. so for this reason i will request you to instore a strong version of antivirus and if not reasolve please you will have to format your machine without doing any backup

your pedrive contains {Autorun} virus that's why you are unable to format it to view this virus go to view option in control panel then view and tick the show hidden file and folder

your pc is infected by virus. I suggest you to scan it using Avast Antivirus with updated virus definition database(you can easily update it online after installation)... Formatting will not solve the problem because viruses are present on other partions of your system. Your pc is most probably infected by Win32 type of virus.. I suggest you to install antivirus and scan it as soon as possible..

can you delete it? try to let other web programs scan your computer. can you get online?
