We are not getting any error messages, however all of the lights are lit up simultaneously and make our oven useless. At random the control panel will start working as almost as quickly will shut down again.

You may have several things going on f1 e4 is a control board issue with the touch panel plug in into the control board disconnect and reconnect if this problem presist will need a control board and touch pad for the oven not staying lit there is a new oven igniter kit 8190618 unfortunately no good diagnostics for this problem good luck
The F93 - Maximum oven door lock time exceeded. First thing to try is holding the clear button down for 3-5 seconds sometimes this unlocks the door and then leaves the loc light still on in this case you would open the door and once again hold down the clear to make the loc light clear. If your unit doesnt have a clear button then you would hold the stop button for the same amount of time as described above. If this doesn't work try shutting off the power at your electrical breaker for 7 minutes this usually causes the control to reset in the unit. If you have any further questions or if this does not work to allow you to be able to open the door and clear the error code message me back for further diagnosis. Thanks
For this type of error, there are a few different things which could be wrong. There is definitely a issue in the door lock circuit. Including in this circuit are the door latch mechanism, 2 or 3 switches on the door latch mechanism, the wiring harness which connects the mechanism to the Electronic Oven Control (EOC), and the Control Panel (if separate from the EOC).
The first step would be to off power to the oven. Turn the power back on after 2 to 5 minutes and if you are extremely lucky, the control will reset and cycle the door lock. This doesn't work very often.
If a hard reset does not resolve the problem. please respond with the make and full model # of the oven for further diagnosis.
The control (TIMER) has likely failed in this instance - BUT...
Sometimes when you disconnect power to a range and reconnect it the electronic range control gets confused. You should disconnect power again for 15 seconds and reconnect and see if that helps.
If it doesn't cure the E1- F5 error hold the bake button in until E0- F2 appears in the display. This is the error for a stuck button on the keypad and is the way to clear the memory of the electronic range control.
Sometimes these work, but if the control has failed it won't make any difference.
