I leave mine on the charger until I use it mostly more than 8 hours after charged and in 12 months nothing has happened
that is why the charger is incorporated into the stand

I don't keep mine plugged in, but that's because I haven't mounted the charger on the wall. I think rechargeable batteries are smart enough nowadays to allow for an appliance to be constantly plugged in.

1. i have a miele revolation hoover, it doesnt pick up. it has hardly no sucktion. where and how do i get the filter out to clean it??? it was given to me working. ive changed the bag so thats not the problem. and checked the hose. still no joy. need sucktion.. Thankyou jacqui

check your fan for stress cracks around the center, rotate while off for resistance or any noise. these frequently crack and rub against the inside of the housing. also listen and feel for bad bearings

I have same problem. Please post it if you find source of battery charger HHD-20-200.

Try removing the brush cartridge from the steamcleaner, and then put the end of a flat screwdriver into the square hole in which the cartridge connects to. Spin the screwdriver clockwise or counterclockwise if possible; if you can't, keep trying. Mine became jammed-up somehow, but doing this solved the problem and now the brushes spin again.
