Sorry to say my cell no. 9870651631 & this sim card is rejected b'cause i m three time wrong dial code no & after my sim card is blocked. so pls give me solution & open my sim card

PUK code is a SIM specific code assigned by your service provider so call Customer care and state the problem then they will ask for some codes written on you SIM card. Few people use PIN locking system to lock their phone to avoid un-authorised access. Though this is a good option, it ****** you off sometime. Three wrong entry of PIN code will result in SIM blocking. Once SIM gets blocked, phone starts asking PUK code to enter. If you again enter wrong code for three times, SIM gets completely blocked. You have to walk into your service provider outlet to get a replacement SIM card. I think it may help you.
PUK code is directly related to your SIM and if you attempt wrong three times your sim will be rejected and you need a replacement.
What you need is to find the sim packet or jacket when you bought your sim card its mentioned on that and if you don't have that packet or wrapper then you need to contact your cellular provider they will give you the PUK code.
IF your sim card asks for a puk code there is no problem since you can get puk code from the network operator by providing the sim card number and the mobile number.If you have provided wrong puk code above three or five times the sim card will be rejected and you have to get the new duplicate simcard.
If you enter the PIN code three times incorrectly one message will be shown "ENTER PUK" Then if you again enter the puk 10 times incorrectly"SIM REJECTED" After these your sim-card will be completely damage. Therefore, just throw away the old Sim and get new one. Thanks..

PIN CODE is SIM dependent and not phone dependent
PUK code in PIN UNLOCKING CODE, which is required when you give PIN number wrongly for 3 times, This code is OPERATOR specific and not phone specific and you have to call you operator and get PUK if PIN is blocked...
if you provide PUK code wrongly for 7 time, you sim may become useless, then you have to buy new SIM
Now since the SIM is rejected, you have buy new SIM requesting that your SIM is rejected from the operator
the problem with your sim is that a wrong puk code has been put when the phone asked for it.......the sim was first blocked and after repeatedly entering a wrong code many times ...it got rejected....please go to your service center of your network and they will fix it for you.....they would charge you a nominal fee
u might have entered the PUK code wrong or the Sim security code wrong consecutively for10 times. Ur Sim card has blocked. so u'll have to get a new sim card. (u can get the duplicate for it). contact Ur service provider ..
You can obtain the puk code by contacting your phone service provider.
If you have entered the puk code wrong too many times (tried to guess it) the sim card has disabled itself, and its useless, you will have to contact your phone service provider to obtain another sim card.
