Ok this is what i know about that error ok first thing is it is not good it could mean that your ram memory could be having problems or the error could be that there is some kind of txt in the program your downloading that the computer does not read r understand
i would find the download eles where and download it and try it

You need to see the extension of the file. Usually 3 letters. Then your to make sure you have a reader for this file type. Audio, Video and Data all have different extensions requiring different progams to read them. There are many freeware readers for almost any extension these days. One you'll recognize is Adobe Acrobat Reader. 8.0
