Question about Punch Home Design Architectural Series 3000 (51100) for PC

Punch Home Design Architectural series 3000 ver 12

When I place tectures on the outside walls they go to the ground......Please Help!!!!!!!

The textures going to the sky / grass is a classical issue of a videocard problem
Try to follow these steps
1 - Go to the website of your video card manufacturer (it can be found using any search engine and the manufacturer's name and the card model). Look for downloads, and see if you have the latest version of driver software for your model of video card (you can find your current driver's version at Video Settings->Advanced->Adapter). If there is a newer one for your card and the operating system, you are running, download and install it following the manufacturer's directions.
2 - Click on Start->Run and type in "dxdiag", and click Run. The DirectX diagnostic will run, and tell you what version of DirectX you are currently using. Go out to www.microsoft.com/directx, and see what version is current. If your version is not current, read the install instructions, the system requirements, and the FAQ. It is recommended that you download the latest version and install it.
3 - Try to slowdwn the videpcard accelerations: To slow down accelerations--> click on an empty part of the windows Desktop, click on Settings->Advanced->Troubleshoot. Back the accelerations slider to the left, one level each time and see if the problem dissapears

To get your drawings to .pdf format you will want to print to a .pdf printer. To create a virtual printer that can handle this, you will need to download and install a program. I, personally, use CutePDF Writer. You can pick up this program here:

Then, when you are in Punch, you can choose to print whatever you want. Just make sure to switch the print output to print on the .pdf writer. It will ask you where you want to save the file.

Material slowness


you should check is the requierments for this program is meet,or you can simply check in task manager how much memory it usess if is too much close some programs.

Husband downloading upgrade


generally when this occures it has to do with an anti virus program running at the same time. with most programs from site that are not known to the computer the anti virus plays havoc. turn your anti virus program off. and try the download again. if this still happens then you have a registry error which could be caused by a configuration fault. then. click on the windows config wizard and have it reconfigure your cache and registry then download the program. remember to turn your anti virus afterward.. please rate this thanks

Choosing Materials


Jen, Sounds like video display issues. Could be screen resolution/ color display. Check the display properties in Control Panel. If its 32bit try 16 bit. If the resolution is too high(or low)change accordingly and the refresh rate. If your display allows selecting default settings, select default and then make changes from there. 2nd (which should have been 1st) Is your video display adapter compatible? i.e do you have atleast the minimum recommended video card. 3rd.
